Hopia styles are Ube, Baboy, and Taro.
Hopia Baboy filling is made with real pork, wintermelon (kundol), fried onions, and peanut, making it a wonderful sweet and savory treat for pork lovers. The Hopia is made of thin flaky pastry, traditionally filled with mung bean paste (Munggo). Ube is a purple yam. All varieties are wonderful traditional Philippine dishes.
